Processing Technology

First, the material is cut to cut the alloy steel into a blank suitable for casting. Then, the sand casting process is used to pour the molten metal into the pre-made sand mold and remove it after it cools. Finally, mechanical processing, including turning and milling, is carried out to achieve the required size and surface finish.
